If you prefer a more upmarket and selected cooking experience why not try a lesson with a Roman Princess, who has decided to share her pleasure of cooking with a Select public in the setting of her aristocratic home in the heart of Rome.

Groups are based on a minimum of 5 to 10 people who will be taken to the Most beautiful squares and markets in the centre of Rome, to shop for the Required ingredients. Then, the cooking lesson will start in the elegant atmosphere, of the Princess home with its stunning views of the Tiber River and Gianiculum Hill.

The Princess will explain and demonstrate all the recipes necessary to organize a perfect lunch from the chosen menu, she will teach you how to prepare the table, how to chose the right flowers for the decoration and the centre of the table, how to chose the best wines, but, mostly, how to become the real goddess of your own home!

On each occasion, a professional guest, like the top ma^tre sommelier or the best flower decorator, will join the group, in order to support the workshop and explain their specialities.

Everything will end with a cosy and unique lunch together.

Recipes will be printed on “antique” paper to handed out at the end of the meal, As a souvenir of the amazing time spent together in Rome.

Lesson starts at 10.30 to 15.30, at the rate of Euro 300 per guest which includes hopping, cooking lesson, lunch and recipes on antique paper.
